Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are between Cricket Kids (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the parent(s)/guardian(s) (“you”, “your”) of the child (“Participant”) enrolling in Cricket Kids’ classes, sessions, or courses. By completing the enrolment form and paying the fees, you agree to abide by the following Terms.
General information:
- Cricket Kids delivers indoor cricket sessions for children aged 2 to 6 years.
- Sessions are delivered by ECB qualified and Enhanced DBS-checked coaches following age appropriate activities.
- All coaching staff hold a Level 2 safeguarding qualification.
- Cricket Kids Ltd is a UK-registered business operating in accordance with English law.
1. Definitions
- Course / Session / Class: Any cricket coaching, activity or event run by Cricket Kids.
- Venue / Premises: The location where the Course is held.
- Booking: Your enrolment in a Course, confirmed after you complete the Booking Form and payment of Fees.
- Fees: Price payable by you for the Course.
- Parent / Carer: The person(s) responsible for the Participant and for making payment.
2. Acceptance & Contract
- Acceptance of these Terms forms a binding contract once you submit the Booking Form and we confirm the payment of Fees.
- No variation or addition to these Terms is binding unless agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Cricket Kids.
3. Booking, Payment & Refunds
- Bookings must be made in advance via our online platform or registration form.
- You must pay the full Fees before the Start Date of the Course, or by agreed deadlines.
- Fees are non-refundable except in cases where we cancel the Course (see below), or as required by law.
- If you are booking for the first time, you may be eligible for a trial or introductory offer (if offered).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking, for instance if the class is full. - During the booking process, you will be asked to read and agree to Cricket Kids terms and conditions (this document). Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email detailing what you have booked, and any key information about your course/programme.
4. Cancellation & Alteration by You
- If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing or by email.
- If you cancel before the Course starts and we agree, a partial refund or credit may be offered at our discretion (minus any administration fees).
- Once the Course has started, no refunds will be given for missed individual sessions.
5. Cancellation or Alteration by Us
- We may cancel or reschedule a Course or Session due to insufficient enrolments, venue issues, coach availability, or other reasons beyond our control.
- If we cancel before the Course starts, we will refund Fees for classes not delivered.
- If we reschedule, we will try to provide you with reasonable notice and an alternative session.
6. Parent / Carer Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including emergency contact details and any medical conditions or allergies the Participant has.
- You must ensure your child is able to participate (in health, readiness). If your child is unwell, please do not attend.
- You are responsible for your child’s conduct before, during, and after the Course at the Venue, and must always remain onsite and in sight of your child unless otherwise agreed.
- You must collect your child promptly at the end of each session.
7. Behaviour, Safety & Clothing
- The Participant must wear suitable clothing and footwear for cricket; protective gear if required.
- We reserve the right to exclude the Participant (or Parent/Carer) from a Session if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or not in keeping with the values and rules of Cricket Kids.
- Our coaches will carry out risk assessments of the Venue / field; however the safety of children also relies on Parent/Carer cooperation.
- Our sessions are covered by public liability insurance and adhere to ECB coaching guidelines.
8. Code of conduct
- Cricket Kids promotes a safe, fun, and respectful environment.
- Customers accept that at times there will be physical contact between coaches and children participating in sessions, this will always be in a professional manner.
- The parent/guardian acknowledges that the participant is deemed under the direction and control of them throughout the course and that they are responsible for the welfare and conduct of the participant throughout the sessions and whilst on the course premises
- Parents must take all litter away from Cricket Kids sites
- Disruptive or unsafe behaviour by children, parents, or guardians may result in removal from the session or programme.
- Respect must be shown to coaches, staff, and other families at all times.
9. Liability & Insurance
- We carry appropriate insurance (public liability) for our classes.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss, injury, or damage is limited to the amount of Fees paid.
- We take all reasonable precautions to ensure children’s safety, but participation in physical activity carries inherent risks.
- Cricket Kids, its coaches, employees or agents accept no responsibility under any circumstances for any loss (consequential or otherwise), damage, expense or delay suffered or incurred by the parent, participant or any other party arising directly or indirectly or in any way connected with the attendance of the participant at the course, or any other act or omission on the part of Cricket Kids or any of its coaches, employees or agents even if such act or omission is negligent.
- The parent agrees that any claim by the parent or pupil against Cricket Kids or any coach, employee or agent of Cricket Kids must be brought within 60 days of the event that gave rise to such claim. Any claim thereafter shall be time-barred.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential loss or loss of personal property, unless caused by our negligence.
10. Photography, Video & Publicity
- With parental consent, we may take photographs or videos of Participants for promotional or educational purposes. We will never publicly name children when using this content.
- If you do not consent, please notify us when completing your booking form. - You may withdraw your consent at any time.
11. Data Protection
- We will collect and use your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g. GDPR).
- We will use your contact details to send information about classes, scheduling, cancellations, updates.
- Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
12. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- All course materials, training content, logos, branding, curriculum, etc., remain the property of Cricket Kids. You must not copy, reproduce or distribute without our written permission.
- You agree to keep confidential any non-public methods, curriculum, and materials we share with you.
- Parent/Guardians agree to keep the content of Cricket Kids sessions confidential and not to copy or use any non-public methods, curriculum and materials we share with you. The parent/Guardian agrees not to directly or indirectly be involved or interested in any business which competes with Cricket Kids whilst a participant is a member, and for a period of 12 months thereafter.
13. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate a booking or membership if you or the Participant fail to comply with these Terms.
- On termination, no refund will be given unless required by law.
14. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
- Any dispute arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
15. Complaints
- Speak to a coach who will try to resolve the matter to your satisfaction

16. Changes to Terms
- Cricket Kids reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and on our website.
- Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
